- Handling time: 2–4 business days
- Transit time: 8–20 business days
- Estimated delivery time: 10–24 business days
- Standard shipping cost: Free
After an order ships, Reltorq sends a confirmation email containing a tracking link.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Overview
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from delivery.
A return request must be submitted to Reltorq and approved before the product is sent back. After approval, Reltorq provides a prepaid downloadable return shipping label at no cost to the customer.
The customer must download and print the label, attach it to the return package, and ship the product according to the provided instructions.
Customers should not send products back before receiving approval and return instructions.
After a returned product is received:
- Inspection takes 1–3 business days.
- An approved refund is processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- No restocking fee is charged.
