Reltorq currently ships within the United States.

All orders are processed in United States dollars (USD).

How much does shipping cost?

Reltorq provides free standard shipping for eligible orders shipped within the United States.

There are no standard shipping charges added to eligible orders.

How long will my order take to arrive?

The total estimated delivery time is 10–24 business days.

This includes:

  • Handling time: 2–4 business days
  • Transit time: 8–20 business days

Business days are Monday–Friday.

What is the order cut-off time?

The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT-5), Monday–Friday.

Orders placed before the cut-off begin their processing timeline that business day. Orders placed after the cut-off or during the weekend begin processing on the next business day.

The cut-off time does not guarantee same-day shipment.

How can I track my order?

After your order has shipped, Reltorq will send a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link.

Tracking activity may not appear immediately after the link is issued, so please allow time for the carrier to update the shipment information.

What is the return window?

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

The product must meet the eligibility conditions described in the Return and Refund Policy. Customers should not send products back before receiving approval and return instructions from Reltorq.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Contact info@reltorq.com and include your order number, the email address used for the order, and the reason for the request.

After the request is approved, Reltorq will provide a prepaid downloadable return shipping label. You must download, print, and attach the label to the package before shipping the product according to the provided instructions.

Reltorq covers the cost of approved return and exchange shipping, and no restocking fee is charged.

When will I receive my refund?

After the returned product is received, it will be inspected within 1–3 business days.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
